The Flex Shot Basketball Shooting Training Aid exercises the muscles in the hand that are vital for shooting control and teaches players the proper shooting hand position. Just place a regulation men's or women's basketball in the Flex Shot and place your wrist in the harness. Then simply roll the basketball from your palm to your fingers and back again to develop muscle memory and better shot control. The Flex Shot Basketball Shooting Training Aid quickly and effectively helps basketball players build strong shooting muscles and proper technique.

• Works with 29.5 and 28.5 basketballs
• The unit is designed to be loose so the player's hand will try to grip the ball which teaches control.

• Adjustable tension knobs are on both sides of the basketball training unit. This enables the user to determine the amount of spring resistance used when flexing.
