The Spalding NBA 68395-R Portable Basketball Hoop with 54 Inch Polycarbonate Backboard features a three piece, 4 Inch square pole, a 54 Inch polycarbonate backboard, and a heavy duty solid steel Arena Slam breakaway basketball rim. The Spalding 68395 basketball system adjusts from 7.5 feet to 10 feet with an easy to use screw jack adjustment system and comes with a free pole pad.

We at Saint Pius X school set aside a parking lot to be an outside basketball court.
The younger grades use them during their recess ald grades 7 & 8 use it during their lunch recess and during PE period.
These hoops have added so much to our program.

Was pretty straightforward to setup. I completed it in a little over an hour with the help of my 10 year old daughter. We are very happy with how sturdy it is. The backboard is solid in a way that is not common for movable hoops. Great value for someone looking for a quality product.

Great product, very easy to assemble-just make sure you align the stickers up when you are putting together the poles-the directions are not very good at telling you that. Other than that took me a little over an hour to assemble. And it was beneficial to have 2 sets of hands. The base seems a little bendable but it should hold together pretty good.

Despite some of the other reviews I have seen on this product it was not that difficult to assemble. I started with my 6 year old son as my only helper and got halfway through in about 90 minutes. Once I needed another adult I recruited my neighbor and the 2 of us watching 4 kids (his & mine) run around the yard while putting this up we finished in about another 2 hours. So altogether about 3.5 hours with 1.5 adults and several screaming kids. If there were 2 adults and no distractions I would estimate 2-3 hours tops. The directions were much better then I had expected given some of the other reviews. Bouncing the sections of the poles per the instructions worked exactly as described, a little unorthodox yes, but none the less effective. Although if you did put them in the wrong way you are defninitely screwed because I could not imagine trying to pull them apart.I bought this as a present for my 6 year old and he loves it. I am very happy with the quality of the construction and seems like it will last a long time. Backboard has decent bounce and break away rim is surprisingly strong...I can dunk on it (while at somewhat less then 10 ft) without trying to "go easy" and as long as no adult hangs on the rim it is great. Excellent value and great hoop for kids learining the game. Dazadi was awesome, lowest price around [...].

The goal is very hard to assemble (instructions poor) and pieces did not fit together cleanly. Base cracked while we were assembling it. Plastic is very cheap on the base. Only good thing is that after it is put together, the height adjustment mechanism is great for kids. We ended up with sand in the base instead of water as the base kept leaking even after patching it.

EVERY item sold on Dazadi.com includes FREE Standard Shipping within the contiguous (Lower 48) United States. Contact us to place an order that is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO/FPO address.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. We currently do not ship to US territories or international address outside the United States. Other restrictions may apply.

Expedited shipping options are available for select items, designated by an "expedited shipping" icon on the product details page. Expedited shipping options include One-Day Shipping and Two-Day Shipping. Certain restrictions apply. Contact us for quotes on expedited shipping.

Delivery Time

Orders with FREE Standard Shipping usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays). Please see the product details page for more information about shipping lead times. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with carrier information and a tracking number.

Custom orders (including some team logo items and made-to-order game tables) will take longer to ship. We will contact you concerning shipping lead times for orders requiring customized work.

Small packages are generally shipped using UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. A few lightweight items are shipped using USPS. Oversized and heavy items are shipped using a freight carrier. We reserve the right to utilize the shipping method we feel will provide the best service and value.

Please note that some items ship in retail packaging with product images printed on the box. If the item is a gift and you are worried about ruining the surprise, please consider shipping to work or an alternate address instead.

Orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse. Keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates based on item availability, shipping location and shipping schedules. These delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For freight shipments, the freight carrier is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying it into your home. The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time. We recommend having at least two able-bodied adults available at the time of delivery.
