The original SPRI step tube adds a new dimension to your step exercise platform. A rubber sleeve protects this tube from abrasive step surfaces, giving serious steppers the perfect way to add a variety of strength training options to their cardio workouts.

• Yellow offers 3 lbs. of resistance when stretched to 1.5 times its normal length, and is recommended for beginners
