Really good weights

Compact, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Comfortable to use, Targets Muscles

Best Uses:

Sports Training, Weight Loss, Dance exercise, General Fitness, Body Building

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These weights are great to use and I think most people will have no trouble using them at all. If I can use them anyone can, as I have some very big skeletal and spinal problems. I find them very comfortable even in my small hands. I exercise every day with them and have built up my muscles, which in turn has helped my back and joints.

I enjoy dancing with them and find that I excercise longer when doing that. So I would recommend these kind of weights to anyone.

These are great weights, very comfortable to hold even with arthritis. I use them every day and dance around the house and garden with them. I can even use them on my feet. I would recommend them to anyone who is able to hold a mug full of tea.

I use these weights every day as part of my fitness program. I am not an exercise nut but need to exercise because of my arthritis and deceased spine. I enjoy exercising with these weights, they are very comfortable to use and my very arthritic hands don't mind grasping them.

Orders with FREE Standard Shipping usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US Holidays). Custom orders (including some team logo items and made-to-order game tables) will take longer to ship. We will contact you concerning shipping lead times for orders requiring customized work.

Small packages are generally shipped using UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. A few lightweight items are shipped using USPS. Oversized and heavy items are shipped using a freight carrier. We reserve the right to utilize the shipping method we feel will provide the best service and value.

Please note that some items ship in retail packaging with product images printed on the box. If the item is a gift and you are worried about ruining the surprise, please consider shipping to work or an alternate address instead.

Orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days after leaving the warehouse. Keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates based on item availability, shipping location and shipping schedules. These delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For freight shipments, the freight carrier is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying it into your home. The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time. We recommend having at least two able-bodied adults available at the time of delivery.
