Find the best position for each exercise and vary your angle to work different muscles each time. The FreeMotion bench includes a contoured seat pad for enhanced comfort and support. And, with integrated wheels, simply lift the front end of the bench and roll into place. This convenient and durable exercise unit is ideal for high traffic areas such as gyms and sports clubs.
