Dazadi.com Easy Returns

At Dazadi.com, we believe your online shopping experience should be awesome from the first click to the first dunk. Our goal is total satisfaction - that's why we make returning your item as easy as possible! We will always refund the full price of the item as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
Please just follow these simple instructions:

  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: We need this number to process your return. To obtain an RMA number, see our super simple instructions below.
  • Ship your item to our Return Center (address listed below): The helpful Customer Service Associates at Dazad.com will get you the appropriate shipping labels. The discounted return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Pay no restocking fee: It's never awesome to pay for the same item twice. Dazadi.com does not charge a restocking fee on any returned item, as long as it's returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.


What items are eligible for return?
Most of Dazadi.com's awesome selection can be returned within 30 days of receiving your item(s) as long as it's returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.  Sorry, we can't offer refunds on products that show clear signs of use.  Additional restrictions may apply.  Please contact us for more information.

How do I return an eligible item?
The return process is easy:

  1. Contact Dazadi.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Pack up the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging and attach the shipping label to the carton.
  3. Follow the simple return instructions included with the RMA.
  4. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

How do I obtain an RMA number?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be obtained in one of three ways:

  1. If you purchased directly from Dazadi.com, log into My Account, click the link for the order you'd like to return and follow the simple instructions.
  2. Call Dazadi.com Customer Experience Center at 1-888-382-4537
  3. Send an e-mail request to returns [at] dazadi.com

Can I use a shipping company or carrier of my choice to return an item?
Yes, but you still have to get an RMA number from Dazadi.com before shipping.  After you receive your RMA number, ship your item(s) back to our Return Center at this address:

Please ship your return using a dependable carrier who can provide tracking, insurance and proof of delivery in order to ensure that your item is received in the best possible condition.  Dazadi.com is not responsible for shipments lost during return shipping or damage resulting from improper handling or improper packaging.

Please do not send returns to Dazadi.com's corporate headquarters or any address you may find in your original shipping documents; these packages will be refused, delaying your returned.  Dazadi.com may decide that a refund can be issued without a return. If this is the case, a Customer Service Associate will let you know that you don't have to ship the item back for a refund.

Can I refuse a delivery?
No.  Returns need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Sorry, we can't issue refunds for returns that don't follow our return procedure.

Does Dazadi.com charge a restocking fee?
No. At Dazadi.com, we want to make the return experience as painless as possible. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned item, as long as it's returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Items with Free Shipping will be refunded in full. Other items will be refunded the item price only, not including the original shipping costs. 

What are the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs will vary depending on the item and your location.  By printing Dazadi's shipping labels, you can take advantage of our shipping discounts!  This means that the return shipping costs will usually be much less than those of other shipping companies.  If you do decide to use one of Dazadi's shipping labels, we'll include a calculation of your refund amount along with your RMA.  The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

How soon will I receive my refund after I've returned my item?
Please allow 5 to 7 business days after your product has been delivered to our Return Center for your refund to be processed.  Remember that it may take up to one complete billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will only be issued via the payment method used to make the original purchase (paypal, credit card etc).

What if I purchased the item through an Online Marketplace?
If you purchased an item from Dazadi through an Online Marketplace like Amazon.com, Sears.com, eBay, or New Egg, Dazadi.com's Return Procedure still applies.  Please understand that when an item is returned to us, the refunds can only be issued through the Online Marketplace where the purchase was originally made.

I requested an RMA, but have not received return instructions yet.  What should I do?
Don't panic! Click here to look up your order using your order number (Dazadi.com, Amazon.com, Sears.com) and shipping zip code.  Once you locate your order, you will find return instructions and be able to print return labels and other important shipping documents.

Can I exchange for a different size? Color? Item?
Unfortunately, we cannot do straight exchanges.  Please follow the return procedure then contact us to place a new order.

I received the item as a gift, can I return it for store credit?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit for returns.  Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer.

What if I receive the incorrect item?
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the item.  If you received an incorrect item as the result of a Dazadi error, you won't pay a cent toward return shipping costs.  Dazadi.com will decide whether to replace a product or offer a full refund.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In the unlikely event that your order is missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact Dazadi.com Customer Experience Center at 1-888-382-4537 within 10 days of receiving the item and we will send you a replacement product or replacement parts at absolutely no cost to you.
