Return policy Dazadi.com wants you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not 100%
satisfied with your purchase, please ship the item back to Dazadi.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit or exchange,
NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts.
Items returned in new, ready to sell condition will receive a full and prompt refund, excluding any shipping costs and applicable
restocking fees.
Dazadi.com does not accept returns of used items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any orders that are refused upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), undeliverable, or cancelled after being shipped will be subject
to our return policy.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please
contact us within 10 days of receiving
the item and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
How to return an item (Return procedure): If you decide to return an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued. To receive an RMA# please login
to "My Account" found at the top right corner of the Dazadi.com website. Click on "purchasing and returns" and follow the instructions. You may also
get an RMA# by contacting customer service at 888-700-1881 or by email at orders@dazadi.com.
Your item will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, for which to track the progress of the return. Returns will NOT be accepted without
an RMA#. Other restrictions may apply.
Return shipping: Once you receive an RMA# please ship the item back to Dazadi.com at:

The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Dazadi.com, including any costs and arrangements for shipping as well
as proof of delivery on all returns. Please retain tracking information until you have been credited. We highly recommend using a reputable carrier
capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance to assure that the item is received in new condition. Be sure that the RMA# is visible on the packing
to expedite the return process.
Credits: All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. In order to receive a full refund
(minus shipping costs and restocking fees) the items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts.
Once we accept your return, the payment method used to place the order will be credited back the full purchase price minus any shipping
charges and restocking fees if applicable. An email confirming your return and credit will be sent.
Most of our products are offered with "Free Shipping". If you return a product that has free shipping our outbound shipping costs
will be deducted from your return refund. "Free Shipping" only applies when you keep the item.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time that the credit is issued for it to appear on your credit card statement.
The length of time for the credit to appear is dependent on your credit card company and may take up to 1 - 2 billing cycles.
** If a product is not in new condition (as described above) or does not meet the return conditions, we may be unable to issue you a
credit or exchange, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Defective or damaged items: If you receive an item that is damaged or missing parts, please contact customer service at
888-700-1881 so that we can send the appropriate missing parts or replace the damaged item.
Holiday returns: In order to make your holiday shopping a little easier and convenient, any item purchased from Dazadi.com between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 may be returned until January 31, 2009.
Items must still meet the above criteria.
