RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

For all other returns:

Returns are Easy at Dazadi.com!

Items are eligble for return within 30 days of purchase date.

Dazadi.com Return Policy:

  1. Immediately after processing your Return, Dazadi.com will send you a 15% off coupon to be used towards your next purchase. We appreciate your business and we want you back!!!
  2. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided, including any costs and arrangements for shipping, as well as proof of delivery.
  3. Returns will NOT be accepted without a valid RMA number clearly posted on the outside of the box. See below for information on receiving an RMA.
  4. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  5. Please allow 5-7 business days after your product has been delivered to our Distribution Center to receive your credit. Please note it may take up to one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  6. Dazadi.com charges a flat 15% restocking fee on all returned items.

Any order that is refused or returned because the customer does not like the product, no longer wants the product, or believed the order was cancelled is considered a Buyer's Remorse Return and credit will be issued as detailed above in our Return Policy.

If you decide to return an item, just follow these 3 simple steps:

  1. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number one of these three ways:
    • Log on to "My Account", click on the link for the order you wish to return, and follow the instructions provided.
    • Call Dazadi.com customer service at 1-888-382-4537
    • E-mail returns@dazadi.com.
  2. Dazadi.com will send you an e-mail in 3-5 business days with your RMA number and the Return Address. ***DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT BACK UNTIL YOU RECEIVE SHIPPING INSTRUCTION E-MAIL FROM DAZADI.COM.
  3. Return the product using a reputable carrier capable of providing tracking, insurance and proof of delivery in order to assure that your item is received in the best possible condition.

Holiday returns:
In order to make your holiday shopping a little easier and convenient, any item purchased from Dazadi.com between November 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009 may be returned until January 31, 2010.

Items must still meet the above criteria.
