I have one of these at home and one at the office. I selected the "Elite" table after much research, looking at Halex, ESPN, Harvard, Shelti, and the other Carrom tables. The ice surface is great, the players are nicely detailed, and the game works very well. The only downside is that I have broken a few players, there is a weak spot in the leg around the top of the metal pin. Carrom has been really great about sending out free replacements next day. Note that the table gets "heavy use" in the office, so a casual home player would probably not have the breakage issues.
I previously had a Halex table and one nice feature is that you could play timed games with different period lengths, or just play to 10. This table only has one game mode, timed game, with a fixed period length.
