I am not an exercise person and knew I needed to find something that would work for me. I had heard ellipticals were great for overall cardio exercise and fitness, so I started looking. This one popped up, and after reading the reviews, I decided this was what I wanted to try. I have not been disappointed. I now love to exercise. I love all the different programs and especially the recovery button that tells you your fitness level. It's also a good size--not too big but still very sturdy.

I did a lot of research on the ellipticals and I am extremely pleased with this machine. It was easy to assemble and is extremely easy to use. It is well built and does everything we need it to do. A great buy!

The LC980 is a sturdy machine that fits my daily regimine perfectly. I'm trying the diet and exercise route to controlling blood glucose and I needed a machine that provided a great workout without drudgery. I am very pleased with the LC980. I can watch TV (it works smoothly and quietly) while getting my daily 45 minute workout that has, so far, helped me in my goal.
