I was surprised at how sturdy the stepper was. I like it's compact size - it doesn't take up the entire room, like my treadmill. I am in my mid-50's and feel a little unsteady while using it, but I put it behind a chair and use the chair back to steady myself and it works well.

I like it. It did not get a 5 due to the cable on the wheel's tendency to fall off when moved.
